I use only a few fonts in all my programs. Because Windows often displays all installed fonts when you select a font, I often have to scroll quite a long time to choose the font you want. Only when I use the font recently does it appear at the top of the list with the last used fonts. Is there a way to completely remove unnecessary fonts from the list?

To remove a font from the list, you have to remove it completely from the system. To do so, open the folder with the fonts by entering the word Fonts in the search field on Windows 10. The folder with the fonts must then appear at the top of the search results. Open that folder by clicking on it. You can then delete the fonts that you do not want to use.
